Water Rates are include a 10% Water Plant Investment Fee.

Sewer rate for complying customers is 85% of water bill.

Sewer rate for non-complying customers is 90% of water bill.

ADJUSTMENTS TO MONTHLY GAS BILLS - ALL CUSTOMERS

The City of Parsons may adjust any customers monthly natural gas bill according to the following terms and conditions:

a. Purchased Gas Adjustment shall mean that the amount computed under any of the City's natural gas sales rates may be adjusted by adding therto any increase or subtracting from any decrease In the cost of gas to the City from the base rate charged by the City from the base rate charged by the City's natural gas supplier.

b. BTU Adjustment shall mean that the amount computed under any of the City's natural gas sales 'ales may be adjusted by multiplying such amount by the average BTU content per cubic foot of the gas delivered to the City. For purposed of determining such average heating value, the City of Parsons may rely on reports furnished by the City's suppler

c. Charges Levied by Governmental Authority shall mean that the amount computed under any of the Ct/s natural gas sales rates may be increased to reflect any applicable proportionate part of any directly aloe able tax. impost or assessment imposed or levied by any governmental authority, which is assess or levied against the City of which directly affects the City's cost of operating and which the City is legally obligated to pay on the basis of meters, customers, rates or revenues from gas or service sold, or on any other basis where direct allocation is possible
